1/ Deposit and transfer history 

Customers can review the remittance payment history according to the following instructions:

Step 1: 

On the utility screen, select Deposit and transfer history

The default screen interface lists the customer's entire deposit/transfer history on the normal sub-account within 14 days.

Step 2: Customer presses the Filter button in the top left corner to filter history by conditions:

  • Time range: Customers choose the time period they want to view payment/money transfer history. The filter allows customers to query data within a range of 365 days, beyond 365 days in the past (unlimited past days), operations will not be possible.
  • Account: normal/margin/futures (PHS)/futures (VSD)
  • Deposit/Transfer: All/ Deposit/ Withdrawal
  • Type: All/ To bank/ Internal

Status: All / Succeed / Pending / Failed

→ After selecting filter conditions, customer presses the Apply button to filter or press the Reset button to customize filter conditions

Step 3: The screen displays a list according to the customer filtering conditions just customized in the step above. Customers can click on any deposit/transfer content to view transaction details.

2/ Search for cash flow fluctuations 

This utility allows customers to review balance changes at the beginning of the period and look up money transaction history according to the following instructions:

Step 1: The default interface screen will list the history of money transactions that customer has made within the last 2 weeks and on customers’ normal sub-account. Clicking on each transaction will display the money transaction information of that transaction

Step 2: Customers press the Filter button upper left corner to filter money transaction history by conditions:

  • Time range: Customers choose the time period they want to view money transaction history. The filter allows customers to query data within a range of 365 days, beyond 365 days in the past (unlimited past days), operations will not be possible.
  • Account: normal/margin/futures (PHS)/futures (VSD)
→ After selecting filter conditions, the customers press the Apply button to filter or press the Reset button to reinstall

3/ Realized Profit/ Loss

The Realized Profit and Loss feature is a tool to help customers monitor and evaluate investment performance accurately and intuitively. It represents the difference between the purchase price and the actual selling price of the stock, thereby helping investors determine the profit or loss earned from the transactions performed.

  • Step 1: In the Utilities section, select "Realized Profit/ Loss".
  • Step 2: On the Profit and Loss Realization screen, select the period of time the customer needs to monitor. Customers just need to select the start date and end date, then press the Save button. 
  • Step 3: After selecting the time, the screen will display the stock codes that customers have sold over time with the following content:
    • Total profit/loss
    • Implementation date
    • Stock code
    • Profit and loss of securities by amount and %
    • Sell volume
    • Sell price
    • Cost price
  • Step 4: If you want to select one or more stock codes, you can enter the codes you want to view in the "Stock codes" section. The results will be displayed similar to the stock code and the customer wants to see.

4/ Order history

The Order History feature is a tool that helps investors track and manage stock trading orders that have been placed in the past and can be easily searched through filters.

Underlying

  • Step 1: On the Utilities screen, select Order history.

If the customer has already placed an order, it will display as shown in Screen 1.

If the customer in the selected time period has no orders placed, it will display as shown in Screen 2.

  • Step 2: Select Filter to filter desired customer criteria according to:
    • Filter by order: Normal, Condition, Next session
    • Filter by account: All, Underlying, Margin
    • Filter by order type: All, Buy, Sell
    • Filter by status: 
    • Filter by time: 7 days, 30 days, Select range
    • Filter by stock code

Then select Apply to perform filtering

If you select Reset, you will return to the original filter

  • Step 3: After using the filter, the screen displays the stock codes that the Customer has transacted includes the following information:
    • Execution time
    • Stock code
    • Buy/Sell
    • Order type
    • Order status
    • Quote/Execution price
    • Quote/Execution quantity

Derivative

  • Step 1: On the Utilities screen, select Order history.

If the customer has already placed an order, it will display as shown in Screen 1.

If the customer in the selected time period has no orders placed, it will display as shown in Screen 2.

  • Step 2: Select Filter to filter desired customer criteria according to:
    • Filter by order: Normal, Condition, Next session
    • Filter by account: All, Underlying, Margin
    • Filter by order type: All, Long, Short
    • Filter by status: 
    • Filter by time: 7 days, 30 days, Select time
    • Filter by stock code

Then select Apply to perform filtering

If you select Reset, you will return to the original filter

  • Step 3: After using the filter, the screen displays the stock codes that the customer has traded, including the following information:
    • Execution time
    • Stock code
    • Long/Short
    • Order type
    • Order status
    • Quote/Execution price
    • Quote/Execution quantity
