 I. INSTRUCTIONS TO USE SMART OTP ON THE PHS-WEB FUTURES

1. Authentication screen:

- The Authentication function is used when the Customer wants to authenticate once for all transactions in the login session instead of having to authenticate for each transaction (except money transfer transactions).

- Customers click Authenticate and enter the authentication code from the PHS-Mobile Trading application then click Submit to complete.

2. At functions that require authentication:

- In the Authentication code box: Customer enters the OTP authentication code taken from PHS - Mobile Trading.

- Click Submit to perform the transaction after entering the authentication code.

- The system allows customers to click Save so that the system remembers the authentication method for subsequent transactions during the login session (except money transfer transactions).

- The Authentication function is used when the Customer wants to authenticate for all transactions during the login session instead of having to authenticate for each transaction.

- Customers click Authenticate and enter the OTP authentication code sent to phone number or email, then click Submit to complete.

- In the Authentication code box: Customer enters the OTP authentication code sent to phone number or email.

- Note: Each time you transfer money, the customer will have to enter a new OTP authentication code.

III. VALIDATION METHOD SYNCHRONIZATION FUNCTION ON THE PHS- WEB FUTURES 

• When the Customer changes the authentication method at PHS - Mobile trading, the Customer wants to synchronize the authentication method at Web Futures, the Customer does the following:

Step 3: Select Synchronize authentication method

Step 4: Click Excute
