- An clear ID card or citizen identification are not smudged, blurred, or superimposed text, being cut corners or taking photo close to the edges of ID card.

- Enter correct & enough information of address to receive letter; correct email to receive contract file; correct phone number to receive password and confirm OTP
- When OTP has not been received, please double check the entered phone number and wait for about 1 minute before pressing "Resend"

How to register the right to buy shares?
When receiving a message of notifying buying rights from PHS, customers can register to the right to buy shares on PHS Mobile App, PHS Web trading as follows:
- Log in to PHS's Mobile App/Web trading
- Select "Utilities" => "Right register"
- Enter the number of shares you want to buy (Note: The quantity is equal to or less than the quantity to be purchased)
- Check payment amount (Note: Amount is lesser or equal to current balance)
- Click OK
=> The system will automatically deducts money. After making a successful stock purchase transaction, please double check the quantity purchased is correct with the quantity just made
Does money in a securities account get interest rate ?
For domestic customers, the interest rate is calculated, details are available on the website, for foreign customers, no interest rate to be calculated
Is there any fee for transfer money to securities account ?
Fee for depositing and withdrawing money from the securities account is regulated according to the regulations of each bank and the customer has to pay this fee.
Instructions on how to register for the right to buy the basic securities app
To register for the right to buy on the CKCS app, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your PHS-Mobile app.
- Step 1: Select the Utilities tab => Register for the right to buy.
- Step 2: Select the buying right you want to register.
- Step 3: Confirm registration of the right to buy.
- Step 4: After entering the information, click "Confirm" to complete the registration of the right to buy.
