He is currently serving as Chairman of CX Technology, Taiwan. Mr. Albert previously also held the position of Vice President at Morgan Stanley and the Member of BOD of Mega Financial Holdings of Taiwan.

Mr.Chen Chia Ken was appointed as General Director of Phu Hung Securities Corporation on March 28th, 2013. Mr. Chen Chia Ken has been working in the securities field for nearly 20 years in top securities companies and held important manager positions as Chief Representative of Taiwan International Securities Corporation Chengdu Representative Office, Sales Vice President of Investment Management of Taiwan International Securities Corporation and Senior Vice President of the Corporation Planning Department of Capital Securities Company. From April 2016, Mr. Jacky was also appointed as Member of Board of Director of Phu Hung Securities Corporation.
