Manage status Registered/Unregistered form of two-factor authentication used to secure accounts and online transactions on PHS Elite Trading.

REGISTER FOR SMART OTP
Devices that successfully register for Smart OTP will be considered trusted devices.
Step 1: At Settings - Select Manage Smart OTP- Select Register now | Step 2: Create a 4-digit PIN. Be careful not to use personal information or single number strings such as “1234” or “0000” |
Step 3: Confirm the newly created PIN. | Step 4: Select "I have read and agree with terms of using Smart OTP". Then click confirm. |
Step 5: OTP authentication code will be sent to the phone number registered to open a basic securities account. | Step 6: Enter the OTP code received. If you do not receive SMS OTP, please select Send OTP Email then check the OTP code sent to the account opening registration email. | Step 7: After entering the correct authentication OTP code, the customer receives a notification that Smart OTP has been successfully registered. Your current device has been granted permission to create Smart OTP. Then select “Turn on FaceID” or “Save another time” to finish. |

CANCEL SMART OTP
Step 1: At Settings - Select Manage Smart OTP- Select Cancel using Smart OTP |
Step 2: Customers please: + If you agree to cancel Smart OTP registration, select Agree to cancel. + If you do not cancel Smart OTP registration, select Skip. Note: After canceling Smart OTP will be disabled, if you use SMS OTP you will be charged for each message. |
Step 3: Re-enter the OTP PIN created. | Step 4: After entering the correct OTP PIN, the system will notify Successfully canceled Smart OTP. | Step 5: Select Close to return to the screen Manage Smart OTP, now the account shows status Not registered for Smart OTP. |
