Customers kindly attach deposit document, for quick adjustment. If the adjustment email does not attach deposit document, in some cases, there is not enough information to verify the transaction, the company will respond to customers to supplement documents when necessary.

  1. After receiving the request, the company will check the information and respond with the adjustment result within 1 working day.
