Holding portfolio of listed securities, registered for trading ≥ 2 billion VND |
- Identity card or citizen identification or valid passport (to verify customers) - Regulating the value of listed and registered securities portfolios for trading: with a minimum value of 2 billion VND determined by the market value at the date of determination of professional securities investor status applicable until 31/12/2023. The determination of a professional securities investor at this point is valid for 1 year from the date of confirmation. From 01/01/2024 the minimum value of 2 billion VND is determined by the average daily market value of the securities portfolio for a minimum period of 180 days immediately preceding the date of determination of professional securities investor status, excluding the value of loans for margin transactions and the value of securities for resale transactions. The determination of a professional securities investor at this point is valid within 03 months from the date of confirmation - PHS does not confirm the list of securities listed or registered for trading from other companies |
- Steps for customers to complete confirmation of professional securities investor
Step 1: Customers fill in information and sign a request to identify a professional securities investor and provide all necessary documents to PHS according to section 1.
Step 2: PHS checks the validity of documents provided by customers.
Step 3: PHS conducts confirmation professional securities investor and provides written confirmation when the information and documents provided are validated and meet the requirements.
