Important Notice:
From August 1st, 2024, until further notice, customers can simultaneously use the new app (PHS Elite Trading) and the old app (PHS Mobile Trading).
- Customers can use Smart OTP on both the old Mobile App (PHS Mobile Trading) and the new App (PHS Elite Trading) to authenticate transactions on the current Mobile App/Web Trading platform.
- After successfully registering Smart OTP on the old Mobile App, customers can register an additional Smart OTP on the new App (PHS Elite Trading).
- However, if you have already successfully registered Smart OTP on the new Mobile App (PHS Elite Trading), you CANNOT register an additional Smart OTP on the old App. You will need to cancel your registration on the new App and then re-register on the old App.
In the early stages of its launch, PHS Elite Trading may initially encounter errors, and the different user experience may cause customers some difficulties. Therefore, PHS provides the following important support channels:
