Ref: Implementation of Smart OTP/SMS OTP authentication method for derivatives transactions

Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) would like to send our sincere greetings and thank you for using our services.
To enhance security and comply with the regulations of Circular 134/2017-TT-BTC dated 19/12/2017 and Circular 73/2020/TT-BTC dated 07/08/2020 issued by the Ministry of Finance regarding electronic trading on the securities market, from 08/06/2024, PHS will officially implement the new OTP authentication method system, which includes Smart OTP and SMS OTP specifically for online derivatives trading channels such as: PHS-Web Futures, PHS-Mobile Futures.
- Smart OTP: An authentication method where a One-Time Password (OTP) is generated from the PHS-Mobile Trading app, enabling customers to retrieve the OTP verification code directly on a phone or tablet to conduct transactions on PHS platforms.
- SMS OTP: An authentication method where the OTP is generated by the PHS system and sent as an SMS message to the mobile phone number and email address registered with PHS.
