PHS provides shareholding management service for institutions. Shareholding management agreement between PHS and issuers will be regulated specifically for articles in shareholding management contracts.
PHS will be authorized a whole or a part by issuers for shareholding management such as:
- Shareholder list management
- Monitoring transfers of shareholders
- Prepare reports
- Executing rights:
