Referring to the Law on Citizen Identification Card No. 26/2023/QH15 issued on November 27, 2023, effective from July 1, 2024.
Based on Official Letter No. 4501/UBCK-CNTT issued by the State Securities Commission on July 19, 2024, regarding the review and standardization of data of investors and securities practitioners according to Project 06/CP.
PHS would like to inform our customers as follows:
In accordance with the request of the State Securities Commission, Stock Exchanges, and VSDC, the information on investors' securities trading accounts must match the information in the National Population Database verified by the Administrative Management Police Department of Social Order (C06) – Ministry of Public Security.
From October 1, 2024, to ensure compliance with the electronic trading principles in the securities market as stipulated in Article 4 of Circular No. 134/2017/TT-BTC, PHS will only provide online securities trading services to accounts with investor information matching the Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) in the National Database. Customers who have not updated or standardized their information will need to conduct securities transactions directly at PHS trading counters.
To comply with regulatory requirements and avoid transaction disruptions when using products and services at PHS, we kindly request customers to contact PHS to update and align their identification information on securities trading accounts with information in the national population database.
To update your information from ID Card (CMND) to Citizen Identification Card (CCCD), please contact PHS through the following channels:
- Directly at PHS branches/trading offices: the list of branches/trading offices, please refer to PHS website at the following link: https://www.phs.vn
- At PHS's online transaction page: PHS-WEB TRADING, select “SETTING” => select “Account information”.
- Starting August 01, 2024, at the new mobile application: PHS Elite.
