Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) would like to send our sincere greetings and thank you for using our services.
In the process of establishing a relationship between Customers and Securities Companies, PHS needs to process Customer's data to be able to provide services to Customers. PHS is committed to respecting Customers' privacy and trying to protect Customers' data: ensuring the security, and privacy of Customers data by the laws of Vietnam.
PHS is pleased to inform that the our data protection policy or privacy policy in accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection has been updated and posted on the official website of PHS.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the general terms and conditions and is an integral appendix of the service contract/agreement of each product or service that you have established with PHS. Acceptance of adjustments and updates of the general terms and conditions of each product or service that Customers participate in is done by the service contract/agreement of each confirmed product or service create.
This Privacy Policy includes but not limited to the following:
- The type of personal data collected;
- The purpose and manner in which PHS processes personal data;
- Rights and obligations of PHS regarding personal data that PHS collects;
- Customers' rights and obligations to personal data.
The Privacy Policy may be updated and revised from time to time. PHS recommends that Customers regularly monitor this notice to stay up-to-date with changes and understand how PHS is protecting Customers' data.
