Ref: Cash dividends payment in 2022
Dear: Valued Shareholders of Phu Hung Securities Corporation
- Based on Resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 01/2023/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated 20/04/2023 of Phu Hung Securities Corporation.
- Based on Resolution No. 03/78_0423/NQ-HĐQT dated 31/05/2023 of Board of Directors of Phu Hung Securities Corporation on time to finalize the list of shareholders who entitled to receive cash dividends and time to pay cash dividends in 2022.
Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) would like to inform Valued Shareholders about the cash dividends payment in 2022 as follows:
1. Record date: 03/07/2023.
2. Payment rate: 2%/share (01 share is received 200 VND).
3. Payment date:
- On 31/07/2023 for deposited securities.
- From 31/07/2023 for undeposited securities.
4. Method of dividends payment:
- For deposited securities: Shareholders make procedure to receive dividends at Depository Member where Shareholders opened depository account.
- For undeposited securities: Shareholders make procedure to receive dividends at Head Office and Branches/Trading Offices of PHS on working days of the week (from Monday to Friday).
- Procedure to receive dividends:
For individual Shareholders:
- Request for receiving dividends by transfer (as PHS’s form).
- Original ID card/ Citizen ID/ Passport.
- Shareholder certificate book of PHS (if any).
In cases, shareholders authorize another person to receive dividends on his/her behalf, there must have legal power of attorney (certified by competent state agency) and identification papers of the authorized person.
For institutional Shareholders:
- Request for receiving dividends by transfer (as PHS’s form).
- Business registration certificate (notarized copy).
- Letter of introduction of institution and original ID card/ Citizen ID/ Passport of person who comes to do the procedure.
- Shareholder certificate book of PHS (if any).

Note:
- PHS will deduct 5% of personal income tax for individual Shareholders in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
- Shareholders are responsible for paying bank transfer fees. In cases, Shareholders provide wrong information of the received dividends account, Shareholder will be responsible for paying all arising fees related to the retransfer as well as any arising risks in the transfer process.
- Shareholders have not yet come to PHS’s Branches/Trading Offices to make procedure of receiving dividends by bank transfer, the dividend amount will not be charged interest.
- Shareholders come to Head Office and Branches/Trading Offices of PHS on working days of the week (from Monday to Friday).
