Dear Valued Customers,

Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) would like to send our respectful greetings and sincerely thank you for using our services during the past time.

Based on The Announcement of The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) about the Core Banking system conversion, all BIDV customer’s accounts will be automatically shortened from 14 digits to 10 digits (click here for more information).

Example: ‘124 1000 xxx xx xx’ will be shortened to ‘124 xxx xx xx’

In order to ensure long-term benefits and convenience in Depositing / Transferring / Accounting transactions between PHS securities accounts and customers' BIDV banking accounts, PHS would like to inform our valued customers that:

1. For customers who have not registered BIDV accounts at PHS:

• Customers proactively register new BIDV accounts (10 digits).

2. For customers who have registered old BIDV accounts (14 digits) at PHS:

• Customers can update your new BIDV accounts (10 digits) on PHS - Web Trading platform from the date of this announcement to November 17^th, 2023.
• After 16:30 November 17^th, 2023, if customers have not made the update yet, PHS will support updating new BIDV account numbers for customers.
