Ref: Extending the time to update information on investor data standardization

Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) would like to send our sincere greetings and thank you for using our services.
Based on Official Letter No. 6435/UBCK-CNTT issued by the State Securities Commission, regarding the review and standardization of data of investors according to Project 06/CP.
PHS would like to inform our customers as follows:
- The time to start restricting the provision of online trading services according to the old announcement: From 01/10/2024
- The time to start restricting the provision of trading services according to the new announcement: From 01/01/2025
In order to ensure compliance with regulations of regulatory agencies, protect interests, and avoid interruptions in transactions during the use of products and services at PHS, we would like to ask you to continue to standardize your personal data at PHS.
Customers can choose one of the following methods to update their information:
1/ At PHS's online transaction page: PHS-WEB TRADING, in the “SETTING” section, select “ACCOUNT INFORMATION".
2/ Update information on the new PHS Elite Trading mobile app, please download the application at:

3/ Contact your Account Management Officer for further guidelines.
