Ref: Changing from ID card to Citizen Identification card

Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) would like to send our sincere greetings and thank you for using our services.
Based on the Law on Identification No. 26/2023/QH15 (effective from 01/07/2024), ID Cards still valid after 31/12/2024 will only be usable until 31/12/2024. ID Cards expired from 15/01/2024 to 30/06/2024 will remain valid until 30/06/2024.
PHS would like to inform our valued Customers about the update from ID cards to Citizen Identification card and some changes when opening an account as follows:
- Regarding Securities Trading Account Opening:
Starting from 15/03/2024, PHS will only accept account openings for Customers using a Citizen Identification Card. ID cards will not be accepted in any form, including EKYC and at the counter.
Customers are required to use Citizen Identification Card to open a securities trading account at PHS.
- For Customers who have opened a securities trading account at PHS using ID card and have not yet changed their information to Citizen Identification Card, kindly contact PHS to update the information to Citizen Identification Card through the following channels:
- Directly at PHS branches/trading offices: the list of branches/trading offices, please refer to PHS website at the following link: https://www.phs.vn
- At PHS's online transaction page: PHS-WEB TRADING, select “SETTING” => select “Account information”.
