Ref.: Amendment and Supplementation of the
“Terms and Conditions of the Contract for Opening Securities Trading Account”
Dear Valued Customers,
Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) sincerely thanks you for Valued Customers trust and continued use of our services.
To ensure clear and specific information is provided to Valued Customers, PHS would like to inform about the amendments and additions to the “Terms and Conditions of the Contract for Opening Securities Trading Account (T&C)” with the main contents as follows:
- Amendment and supplementation of Article 2 regarding customer information provision to ensure compliance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
- Amendment and supplementation of Article 4 regarding PHS’s notifications to customers to emphasize the official notification channels from PHS.
- Amendment and supplementation of Article 21 regarding risk disclosure, integrating current risk disclosures on PHS’s website to provide customers with an additional monitoring channel.
- Amendment and supplementation of Articles 24 and 25 regarding advance payment services, integrating automatic advance payment for customer convenience.
- Amendment and supplementation of Articles 28 and 29 regarding the explanation of terms, durations, and limits for margin trading to provide better products for customers.
- Amendment and supplementation of Articles 41, 43, and 45 regarding derivative securities trading to clarify meanings in accordance with legal regulations.
The amendments are intended to clarify the terms and provide a diverse range of products for Valued Customers without affecting the current services using.
The new T&C has been posted on PHS's website at https://www.phs.vn, under the “Forms & Disclosure” section, and in the “Terms and Conditions” part, from the date of this notice. If Valued Customers do not agree with any of the changes, please send feedback to PHS in writing before October 1st, 2024..
From October 1st, 2024, if Valued Customers continue to use the products and services provided by PHS, Valued Customers confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed, fully agree to, and accept the new T&C.
