We would like to inform to Valued Customers about adjust SMS fee services at PHS, detail as follows:
- Application time: From 01/01/2024
- Applicable object: Customers who register to use SMS services and SMS OTP service.
- SMS fee collection time: Monthly and on the 28th of every month.

Customers want to register/un-register to use the paid SMS services, please access to your trading account through PHS-Web Trading, go to tab “Setting” select “Personal information” or contact to your Account manager/ Branch/ Nearest Trading offices of PHS for support.
Customers do not want to use SMS OTP service, please access to your trading account through mobile app PHS - Mobile Trading to change OTP type from SMS OTP to Smart OTP.
